All orders are sent out within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. If there is a problem with your order we will email you. 

Postage prices reflect the price of tracked and signed services around the world, as we always want our items to arrive in the quickest time and as safe as possible for customer satisfaction.

Postage can be seen at the checkout before you purchase.

there is free postage:

to the UK on orders over £45

to the Rest of world on orders over £120

Return & Exchange Policy

AUTBOX strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Please email us at to let us know if a return is required and we will contact you with the address to send your item back to. The below guidelines will always apply:


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with the original swing tags still attached. We must receive the item back within 14 days of you receiving the item. We don’t refund for changing your mind or wrong size, please check the size guide in each listing before you buy.


We only exchange items no refunds. If a more expensive exchange item is wanted you can pay the difference. Postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied.

We cannot offer exchanges for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer exchanges relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing.

For all returns please enclose your name and order number inside the exchange package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange dependent on the rules above. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and sent within 7 working days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please ship your return via a tracked method and keep your receipt safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot exchange the item if we do not receive your parcel.
